We currently accept Paypal as our preferred online payment processor. Payment with confirmed mailing address and optional verified buyer status will help ensure your order processing faster. For large and bulk order, we prefer payment via Western Union.
If your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes after placing an order. Otherwise, it will notify you the order failed and give instructions on how to process your order. Once delivery completed, a delivery confirmation email will be sent.
We may require additional information before processing an order. We will contact you if additional information is required or your order is cancelled.
After verification, your requested items will be delivered via email. If you pay via PayPal, please use the same email address. It will speed up the verification process. And the CD-key will be sent to your PayPal Email address.
Every code we receive, sell, and distribute is valid. Unfortunately, errors in transmission do crop up some time. We will work with you to resolve the rare occurrence as soon as possible. For all issue with game card that you have purchased from us, do not hesitate to use our submission form. We will resolved your issue within one (1) working day.

You will get your CD-key/Time card in your Paypal email. If there is no such email in your'Inbox', please make sure our email did not go to your 'Spam box', you are able to do that by checking your ‘Spam’ folder.
Paypal email is the email address which you use to log in to Paypal.
